Your name or logo also appears on the access page of any Reviews that you share with others. Enterprise customers also have the option of a custom domain. Does ReviewStudio have an API? Where can I see the documentation? Yes. API Access is available for accounts on Advanced and Enterprise plans. To enable API key, webhooks or access documentation, please reach out to our support team. How do I create a Review? If you are a user with permission, to create a Review, you will see a “+ New Review” button on your Dashboard. From there, you can define your Review settings and upload your file(s) to get started. Creating a New Review: Uploading Files and Review Settings Does ReviewStudio support multi-stage approval processes? Yes, Approval Workflows let you route content through multiple stages of review and approval. Workflow automations move Reviews automatically through the review process. This ensures that when approval decisions are made, creative is immediately routed to the next decision maker. How do I share a Review once I’m ready to gather feedback? Sharing a Review with your team or with external users is simple in ReviewStudio. Once your files are uploaded, you can share the Review from the Share menu to select users and guests. You can use the “Notify” tab on the Share menu to send out a notification to the users and guests you specify. You can also share the Review link in an email, chat or in a project management tool.
