    No. Reviewers can simply access proofs via a shared link to leave their feedback. No sign-up, application downloads, or registration required. There’s an option to require a password.

  • Can the SaaS be “white-labeled”?
    Yes, both the SaaS be customized and branded by the host application with custom development work as well as via the SDK.
  • What is the pricing of the SaaS and SDK solutions?
    The pricing structure depends upon the type of license required (end user, ASP, OEM). Please contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.
  • What kind of support do you offer to SDK clients?
    We provide all integrators with a dedicated development representative available through email, calls or Zoom to assist at all stages of your integration project – from design to implementation through ongoing operations and upgrades.
  • What is the difference between the SaaS solution and the SDK?
    Both solutions provide the same ReviewStudio functionality to review, annotate and approve a wide range of digital media files. The primary difference is that the SaaS solution is hosted by ReviewStudio (on AWS) and provides all the backend support to upload, process, store and serve the data files being reviewed. The development effort required to integrate with our SaaS is generally faster and easier to undertake than using our SDK. The SDK consists of our Review Canvas web client and server software that can be installed “in-house” and fully integrated into any existing CMS or BPM platform. With this solution, all the user, media and workflow management is handled by the supporting platform. Our SDK offers more advanced customization and configuration options to support whatever business logic and security profile is required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Pricing & Billing

  • Once I sign up, is it easy to change my subscription plan? Are there any long-term commitments?
    ReviewStudio offer both monthly and annual plans. On a monthly plan, you may upgrade, downgrade, add users or storage, and suspend your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Upgrades will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated fee for the current billing period. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of your billing period. Annual plan are billed yearly renew automatically. You can cancel your annual plan prior to renewal and no further charges will be accrued. Please note that partial refunds are not offered on annual plans. Account Management
  • How do I add individual users or storage to my account?
    Account Admins can add or remove users and storage directly from Settings > Subscriptions.
  • Can I pay for my plan on an annual basis?
    Yes, annual plans are available with discounted rates. When subscribing, select the annual payment option. If you are upgrading your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the balance of your term, with the renewal at your new plan level.
  • Do you offer non-profit discounts?
    We offer nonprofits and charitable organizations a 10% discount. Contact support to help set that up.
  • How do I suspend or delete my account?

    To suspend your account, you can move to a Free plan at any time. If you would like us to permanently delete your account, contact support@reviewstudio.com.

  • What types of payment are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MaterCard, or American Express. Purchase orders and bank payments are only accepted for annual subscriptions over $1000. If you need to discuss other arrangements, please contact our support team.
