  • Can I add my own branding to ReviewStudio?
    Yes. Your ReviewStudio account is accessible through a private login page (the URL will be YourCompany.ReviewStudio.com). You can customize your login page with your company logo and brand colors. Your name or logo also appears on the access page of any Reviews that you share with others. Enterprise customers also have the option of a custom domain. For additional customization options, reach out to our support team.
  • How can I keep track of tasks required to complete a review?
    Inside ReviewStudio, feedback can be turned into tasks and assigned to specific users. Users can quickly find any open tasks assigned to them across all Projects and all Reviews. Within a Review, users can filter the comments to show open tasks. Admins can also keep track of the progress of task completion across all Projects. Task Management
  • What file formats can be proofed in ReviewStudio?

    ReviewStudio support the wide range of file types you work with, including:

    • Images – JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, 360 Panoramic (JPG/PNG)
    • Video – MP4, MOV, OGG, WebM, FLV, AVI, WMV, ASF, ProRes +
    • Audio – MP3, WMA, AAC
    • Documents – PDF, SVG, DOC(X), PPT(X), XLS(X)
    • Web – HTML (either as a ZIP, URL capture or live web)
    • 3D – GLB

  • Are there any size limits to file uploads?
    There are no file size limit. There is a storage limit per account, but additional storage is always available for purchase. Note that as a web-based application, large file sizes can impact load times based on the reviewer’s internet speeds.
  • Who can be set as an Approver? Can Guests be Approvers?
    Any user or guest can be designated as an Approver on any Review. There may be multiple Approvers on a Review. You can designate Approvers from the Review Share menu.
  • How does an Approver leave their approval decision?
    If a user is designated as an Approver, they will see a “Submit Decision” button in the Review Canvas for each file that is included in the Review. The options include “Approve”, “Approve with Changes”, “Rejected”, or “Revisions Required”. Note that these options may be customized for by the account admin. Managing and Submitting Approvals
  • How do external users, such as clients, access a Review?
    To add external users to a Review, they can either create a user account (such as a Reviewer or Collaborator) or access the Review as a guest. For many situations, guest access is sufficient. Users with an account have access to more features such as notifications, receiving email digests, and having access to a dashboard.
