  • Can I try ReviewStudio for Free?
    Yes! You can start a 30-day trial at any time. No credit card is required to start the trial so you can give it a whirl risk-free, try it on a real project and see how it fits into your workflows. Get started here.
  • How do I learn how to use ReviewStudio?
    You can get started by watching our online tutorial videos. Our Help Center provides step-by-step guides and a comprehensive knowledge base. You are welcome to schedule an online training session where a product expert will walk you through the platform and explore the most relevant features to your creative workflows.
  • Once I sign up, is it easy to change my subscription plan? Are there any long-term commitments?
    ReviewStudio offer both monthly and annual plans. On a monthly plan, you may upgrade, downgrade, add users or storage, and suspend your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Upgrades will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated fee for the current billing period. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of your billing period. Annual plan are billed yearly renew automatically. You can cancel your annual plan prior to renewal and no further charges will be accrued. Please note that partial refunds are not offered on annual plans. Account Management
  • How do I add individual users or storage to my account?
    Account Admins can add or remove users and storage directly from Settings > Subscriptions.
  • Can I pay for my plan on an annual basis?
    Yes, annual plans are available with discounted rates. When subscribing, select the annual payment option. If you are upgrading your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the balance of your term, with the renewal at your new plan level.
  • Do you offer non-profit discounts?
    We offer nonprofits and charitable organizations a 10% discount. Contact support to help set that up.
  • How do I suspend or delete my account?

    To suspend your account, you can move to a Free plan at any time. If you would like us to permanently delete your account, contact support@reviewstudio.com.

  • What types of payment are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MaterCard, or American Express. Purchase orders and bank payments are only accepted for annual subscriptions over $1000. If you need to discuss other arrangements, please contact our support team.
  • How does ReviewStudio ensure data security?

    ReviewStudio is ISO27001 certified, as well as fully GDPR compliant. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and our technical measures are in full accordance with AWS Compliance as described at https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/. AWS security controls are described at https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-center/controls/.

    All data is processed and stored on AWS servers and S3 storage. Ongoing hardening is implemented through upgrades to OS, upgrades to the Rails framework, and ongoing security scans by Cloud 66. All data transferred in our platform utilizes HTTPS.

  • Are there any size limits to file uploads?
    There are no file size limit. There is a storage limit per account, but additional storage is always available for purchase. Note that as a web-based application, large file sizes can impact load times based on the reviewer’s internet speeds.
  • What are the different User Roles in ReviewStudio?
    A User (excluding guests) is someone who is authorized to log in to your company’s ReviewStudio site to create, manage, and work on Reviews. User Roles establish the level of permission different users have. Admins have full access to see and manage all Reviews across all Projects and to access general account settings. Managers have the same permissions as admins, but can’t modify account configuration settings, create new users, or manage billing. Collaborators and Reviewers only have visibility and access to the specific Projects and Reviews that are shared with them. The difference between a Collaborator and a Reviewer is that Collaborators can initiate new Reviews in Projects they can access. Reviewers can only access projects and reviews that they are explicitly invited to. Unlike Collaborators they cannot initiate new reviews but they can upload files when needed to the specific reviews that they participate in. Guest access is an easy and convenient way to share individual reviews since you do not have to set up any user account in advance for them. You can share individual Reviews with an unlimited number of “Guest” users.
  • What is the difference between a User and a Guest?
    Guest access provides a fast and easy way for you to share specific Reviews with anyone, simply by sharing the Review link; a password is optional. As with any user, guests can provide feedback and approval decisions on files. All our plans allow you to share your Reviews with an unlimited number of guests. Typically, you would create user accounts for internal and external collaborators who are involved on an ongoing basis with your projects, while sharing Reviews with clients as guests. Some organizations prefer to create user accounts for their active clients as doing so provides authentication and offers them some advanced features not available to guests (i.e., a Dashboard of their active Review links and automated notifications).
