Task Management How do I share a Review once I’m ready to gather feedback? Sharing a Review with your team or with external users is simple in ReviewStudio. Once your files are uploaded, you can share the Review from the Share menu to select users and guests. You can use the “Notify” tab on the Share menu to send out a notification to the users and guests you specify. You can also share the Review link in an email, chat or in a project management tool. Any user or guest can be designated as an Approver on any Review. There may be multiple Approvers on a Review. You can designate Approvers from the Review Share menu. How does an Approver leave their approval decision? If a user is designated as an Approver, they will see a “Submit Decision” button in the Review Canvas for each file that is included in the Review. The options include “Approve”, “Approve with Changes”, “Rejected”, or “Revisions Required”. Note that these options may be customized for by the account admin. To add external users to a Review, they can either create a user account (such as a Reviewer or Collaborator) or access the Review as a guest. For many situations, guest access is sufficient.
