The End of the Chaotic Image Proofing Workflow

The image proofing workflow can be chaotic. Clients send scattered feedback over email, the selection  process is slow and inconsistent, version edits get confusing, and approvals drag out across multiple stakeholders. This leads to missed comments, endless revision cycles, and delayed deliverables.

ReviewStudio solves this by centralizing the entire proofing process in one intuitive platform.  The result is faster selections, clearer communication, and significantly shorter time to delivery

Yes. Your ReviewStudio account is accessible through a private login page (the URL will be YourCompany.ReviewStudio.com). You can customize your login page with your company logo and brand colors. Your name or logo also appears on the access page of any Reviews that you share with others. • Can I add a watermark when uploading files?
Instead of watermarking content, which reduces the quality of the content experience, we offer the option to disable the “Download” button in a Review, which prevents a user from downloading files.
  • What are Labels for? How should I use Labels?
In ReviewStudio, you can use labels across three levels: The Review, Files and Comments. You can use Labels to categorize and quickly find your Reviews. You can apply several different Labels to a Review and then later find the Review by clicking on a Label from the navigation sidebar. You can also search by Label. Within a Review, adding labels to files, adds filter and sort options. While at the comment level, tagging departments, priorities or otherwise can make it easier to manage feedback. Using Labels
