Back in 2014, we were working with a team of art directors and creators working on a film production, involvings teams spread over several continents. We were frustrated by the challenges of coordinating feedback and approval. There had to be a more efficient way to review and get approvals on creative project elements for quicker and more efficient turnarounds. Talking to creative teams, agencies, and marketers, we saw the same patterns again and again. Feedback gets buried in email threads. Or it is vague and scattered across tools. Versions get mixed up. Projects slow down—not because of the work itself, but because of a broken creative workflow. We recognized there was a clear need for an intuitive, easy-to-use platform for collecting internal and client feedback. We built ReviewStudio to fix that. We set out to become the leading software for teams looking for a better way to collaborate on creative workflows. ReviewStudio is used by thousands of creative agencies, studios, and teams in over a hundred countries worldwide. We cater to customers spanning some of the largest agencies and brands to the smallest teams. ReviewStudio has become a mission-critical tool for marketing teams, video and CGI production studios, graphic designers, and everyone in between. In 2023, we joined the team at Storyteq, a part Inspired Thinking Group, putting us in a fantastic position to bring our solution to an even wider global customer base.
